Needs Analysis

We get started by sitting down with you and getting to know you and your goals. We assess the materials you provide us, ask lots of questions and listen to everything you tell us.



Project Estimation

After we complete your Needs Analysis, we create and present a detailed set of documents to support your goals. Depending on the project this may include one or more of the following: Project Functional Scope, Project Marketing Requirements, Project Engineering Overview, and Project Cost and Time Budgets.



Project

Once you’ve reviewed our Project Estimates and we’ve agreed to move forward we focus on doing the rest of the work! Client progress reviews are included in the regular flow of our effort. Once the project is completed, we will follow up with you to gather any feedback for later.

We follow a three step process to achieve the best results in our partnerships. Each step is well defined, time bound and provides a concrete set of deliverables meeting our clients’ satisfaction. We work closely with our partners at each step to allow for flexibility and iteration while ensuring focus on the goals and schedule.
